Groundleased Texas Roadhouse Opens in Springfield, IL

The Midtown Niki Group worked with Texas Roadhouse to secure a pad for their new restaurant that is an outparcel to the Simon Property's White Oaks Mall. MNG closed on the land for Texas Roadhouse so that they could develop their building. MNG has leased the property to them on a long term basis. MNG has made no contribution towards the completion of the building, thus preserving this transaction as a true ground lease.
