Acquisitions- MNG closes on Arby's package

MNG closed on the acquisition of 11 Arby's fastfood restaurants, 8 of which are located in the greater metropolitan area of Atlanta with the remainder in the Southeast. MNG acquired the properties pursuant to ground leases with RTM, a wholly owned subsidiary or Triarc (NYSE: TRY).
