Acquisition - Chase Bank, El Monte, CA

MNG has partnered with Evergreen Development to develop a Chase Bank in El Monte, CA. Tenant will open for business before the end of the year.

MNG signs long-term lease with Verizon

MNG has completed the retrofitting of it's former Fazoli's located in Winter Haven, FL into a Verizon Wireless store. MNG is delighted to have Verizon as a tenant in the portfolio and are very pleased by the enhancement of the property.

MNG establishes relationship with CUNA Mutual

MNG recently established a relationship with CUNA Mutual Insurance Society and obtained long term non-recourse financing on its Fry's Grocery Store located in Oro Valley, AZ.

Acquisition - 3 parcels in Lancaster, CA

MNG recently partnered with Yavitz Companies to acquire 3 parcels of land in Lancaster, California opposite the Antelope Valley Hospital. The properties will be developed for Rite Aid who will construct a 15,000 square foot drugstore.

Acquisition - Walgreens in Sacramento, CA

MNG has partnered with Petrovich Development in the development of a Walgreens in Sacramento, California. Walgreens is scheduled to open for business in the Summer of 2011.

Acquisition - REI in Dublin, CA

MNG has partnered with Laconia Development to develop a nearly 24,000 square-foot REI corporate retail building in Dublin, California. Groundbreaking will be in February 2011 and REI expects to open for business in Fall of 2011.

Fazoli's - St. Charles, MO

MNG assisted Fazoli's Restaurant Company with the acquisition of one of its restaurants from an existing landlord where after the lease was restructured.

MNG Completes Build to Suit for Kent Kwik and Avis Lube in Odessa, TX

May, 2009. Kent Kwik, a growing independent service station operator and its affiliate Avis Lube, a quick lube operator, have opened for business on Andrew's Highway in Odessa, TX. MNG partnered with these tenants to fund the build to suit of these facilities.

Jiffy Lube Opens in Peoria, AZ

April, 2009. MNG and its partner Phoenix Lubrication Services, Inc., the Jiffy Lube franchisee for Phoenix, AZ announce the grand opening of the Jiffy Lube location on 91st Avenue in Peoria, AZ. Groundleased Texas Roadhouse Opens in Springfield, IL

The Midtown Niki Group worked with Texas Roadhouse to secure a pad for their new restaurant that is an outparcel to the Simon Property's White Oaks Mall. MNG closed on the land for Texas Roadhouse so that they could develop their building. MNG has leased the property to them on a long term basis. MNG has made no contribution towards the completion...

Acquisitions - MNG closes on Kent Kwik Travel Center

MNG acquired from its partner, Kent Distributors, dba Kent Kwik, a 5.4 acre property in Alamogordo, New Mexico, housing a travel center, convenience store and restaurant. Kent Kwik is a well-known and growing independent service station operator throughout west Texas and now southern New Mexico.

Chipotle in Stillwater Oklahoma

MNG is extremely pleased to announce the grand opening of the Chipotle on Hall of Fame Avenue in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Previously a Fazoli's restaurant, the property was completely redeveloped and leased to Chipotle on a long term basis. MNG is proud to be a partner of Chipotle and hopes this is a very successful location for them.

Acquisitions- MNG closes on Arby's package

MNG closed on the acquisition of 11 Arby's fastfood restaurants, 8 of which are located in the greater metropolitan area of Atlanta with the remainder in the Southeast. MNG acquired the properties pursuant to ground leases with RTM, a wholly owned subsidiary or Triarc (NYSE: TRY).
