More than 25 years ago, MNG principals Brian Malk and Peter Zarcades each started separate real estate investment companies that in 1979 would join to become The Midtown Niki Group. With a shared philosophy and a passion for making deals happen, the two began a partnership and friendship that continues to grow.
By 1983, MNG was developing property in partnership with larger real estate and finance companies such as Britain's Slough Estates Plc., and Chicago's Draper & Kramer. In 1989, MNG shifted focus to property acquisition - build to suits and sale-leasebacks - and by 1993 expanded to invest in joint venture development partnerships.
Today, The Midtown Niki Group actively invests in all kinds of real estate, development projects, and tenant industries. But there's a common thread that runs through all of our activities: A commitment to our core philosophy - real estate partnering.
